Network Marketing Recruiting – How To Recruit 10 People In 10 Days
In this video I want to explain to you How To Recruit 10 People in 10 Days for your Network Marketing Business.
I am super excited to be able to share with you not just the theory behind Network Marketing Recruitment but also some numbers and data for you to understand what you actually need to do in terms of the ACTIVITY to get the results.
A lot of people have the goal mindset and this why you are most probably watching this video today, so that you could learn about Network Marketing Recruiting in just 10 Days.
But instead of having the goal mindset and getting disappointed when and if it does not happen, you need to create the GROWTH Mindset. The growth mindset is the one where you focus on the activity, in order to get better, progress and then gather the results.
Always remember this - you are not in control of the results that you get, but you are in full control of the activity that you take.
And if you have been following me for some time now, you would know I often stress on this favorite formula of mine: ACTIVITY x SKILLS = RESULTS. So, if you want to be as efficient as possible in your recruiting for Network Marketing, focus on the first part of the formula (activity and skills) and the results will come.
To start you with, here are my 3 steps for recruiting in Network Marketing:
1) Step #1 on How To Recruit 10 People in 10 Days – FIND
This Network Marketing recruiting techniques is about finding someone on Social Media.
And If you have read my book, you would already know that my process to find people is F.A.M. that stands for “Find, Add, Message”. So basically, anytime you find someone on social media, you then add aka follow them, and then message them privately.
Just recently, we have gathered amazing statistics on the subject, and we found out that around 15 to 20% of people who you Find, Add, Message will actually reply to you.
For you to understand better this 1st step of the network marketing recruiting secrets, I highly encourage you to keep watching my video.
2) Step #2 on How To Recruit 10 People in 10 Days – CONNECT
Now that you have found the people, you need to connect with them. By looking into their social media profile, you can find some common interests and engage with them on those.
My acronym for this Network Marketing recruiting tips is L.O.R.D. – “Location, Occupation, Recreation, Dreams”.

3) Step #3 on How To Recruit 10 People in 10 Days – INTRODUCE
Whether you decided to connect with people or decided to skip Step#2, you now need to introduce them to your product, service, or opportunity. I call it: A.T.Q. – “Ask The Question”.
Now, here is what we found: if within just a 10-day period, you asked the question to 100 people, you will get 1 distributor and 4 customers. Some of you might think that this is actually a lot of people to reach out to, but I can assure you that it is not that much once you understand how to do it in the most efficient way.
And most importantly, the thing that people miss time and time and time again, the data I share with you in my video here is based on a 10-day period. Keep in mind that a lot of people who are getting great results TODAY have followed and applied these network marketing tips within a 10-day period only. Imagine then the massive impact you could create over a period of 1month, 6months, 1year?!

Erika's dream to work independently was realized when she left the company at the end of 2018, and became the director of a recruiting consultancy.
